Brixmor’s Greeneville Commons in Greeneville, TN is now officially the home of the first ever Belk Outlet! The former Belk anchor was recently converted to the new concept and opened last month, offering more merchandise, higher-end brands, and lower prices. It joins a strong lineup of other anchor tenants including Ross, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls and Five Below, drawing an estimated more than 2.9M annual visits.
