The tear down and rebuild of Publix at Beneva Village Shoppes was central to the reinvestment of the center. The outdated format of the grocer that anchored the Sarasota center was demolished and replaced with a brand-new, beautiful 46k SF store with the addition of a pharmacy to better serve the local community.
