All Accounted for in Philly

The conference brought together nearly 250 real estate professionals from over 40 real estate companies for three days of learning, collaborating, and networking.

Leaders from the Brixmor accounting team moderated collaborative breakout sessions for all attendees to discuss current issues impacting real estate accounting teams, share best practices over a wide range of industry specific processes, and to discuss advancements in technology with each other and several leading 3^rd party real estate service providers from around the country.  

Kevin Brydzinski, SVP, Corporate Accounting & Reporting, delivered a general session address on the topic of ‘Building Effective Teams’, which included a roadmap for setting expectations and building accountability within effective teams, generating and implementing large scale process improvements, and enhancing the overall employee experience.  

The overwhelmingly positive feedback from conference attendees and sponsors demonstrated the strength and depth of our accounting team at Brixmor.
