Transformation in Central New Jersey

In Central New Jersey, the addition of a family-owned specialty grocer is transforming Laurel Square, improving occupancy and rate. 

The closure of Pathmark created a grocery void in Brick, NJ, located near the Jersey shore between Philadelphia and New York.  Laura Parke Carson, Leasing VP, explains how we added regionally favored Livoti’s Old World Market, an Italian gourmet supermarket, which opened to long lines. 

Consumer response has been overwhelming with positive customer outreach at the store as well as through social media according to Livoti's CEO John Livoti.

The addition of Livoti’s has not only addressed the community's grocery void, but it has also stimulated 13,000 square feet of follow-on leasing , thus improving the center's rate and occupancy.
