Brixmor offices across the country came together for our "Share the Warmth" coat drive, organized by the DEI Leadership Council. Our team members donated coats and winter gear to be given to local charities, ensuring that those in need stay warm during the cold months. Our team also took the time to write heartfelt notes and inspirational cards to tuck into the pockets of each donated item, spreading a little extra cheer and encouragement.
